The price follows
the number of users.
Everyone in the company works in the same system, with the same customers, quotes, hours and invoices, and the period's records for the accounting firm are produced from what is already recorded. The first licence costs SEK 995 per month. Each additional user costs less the more of you there are. Prices excluding VAT.
How the price is calculated

Prices are per user per month. Each band has its own price, which applies to the users in that band. When the company gets more users, the earlier users keep their band price, and the new users get the price of their band.
Example: With ten users you pay SEK 995 for the first licence and SEK 229 for each of the other nine, SEK 3,056 a month. The eleventh user belongs to the next band and costs SEK 179. The first ten keep their prices, and you pay SEK 3,235 a month.

What a licence is.
A licence is a person with their own account in the company. The customer link, the accounting firm's read-only seat and partners in other companies are included at no cost.
Included in the core product
The whole chain from customer and project to delivery and finance, for all users in the company. What each person sees and does is controlled by their permissions. See how SAEFUR works

- Bank connection and freight booking are included in the core product once they are in place, at no extra cost from SAEFUR.
Not included
- Year-end closing and tax return. The accounting firm receives the records.
- Payroll run. The payroll partner receives the data.
- Cash register.
- Personalliggare (staff register) in the developer's system.

Account and 30 days
Once SAEFUR has opened, you create an account in the browser. You have 30 days to try it, and nothing is charged in the meantime.

Card details are provided at registration. After that you pay monthly with a saved card.

You are notified of the amount seven days before each charge.
