Last updated: 5 September 2026
These terms of service apply to the use of SAEFUR, a digital service provided by AT Interactive Design AB, company registration number (org.nr) 559556-4393, Born Furnvägen 6, 795 92 Rättvik, Sweden.
By creating an account or using SAEFUR, you accept these terms. If you use SAEFUR on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm that you have the right to use the service on that organization’s behalf.
1. About SAEFUR
SAEFUR is a digital platform for project-based companies and their customers. The service supports, among other things, customer communication, quotes, agreements, projects, planning and execution, time reporting, materials and costs, changes and additions, invoicing, payments, and financial follow-up.
SAEFUR provides the digital infrastructure for these processes. AT Interactive Design AB is not a party to the commercial agreements entered into between companies, customers, suppliers, or other users through the service, unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Account and use
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide in SAEFUR is accurate and up to date, and for activities that take place through your account.
Login credentials and other authentication methods must be protected against unauthorized use. If you suspect that an unauthorized party has gained access to your account, you must contact us as soon as possible.
Companies using SAEFUR are responsible for which individuals are given access to the company’s account and for the permissions granted to those individuals.
SAEFUR may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement of another party’s rights, or in a manner that could damage the service or other users.
3. Companies, customers, and other parties
SAEFUR enables companies and other parties to collaborate digitally.
Each company is responsible for its own business, its customers, its suppliers, and the commitments the company makes through SAEFUR.
AT Interactive Design AB is not responsible for a user’s or a company’s work, delivery, quality, pricing, ability to pay, authorization, taxes, permits, or other obligations arising from the relationship between the parties.
SAEFUR’s features for identity, permissions, documentation, and history do not mean that AT Interactive Design AB guarantees a user’s or a company’s identity, authorization, creditworthiness, professional competence, or performance beyond what is expressly stated for a particular feature.
4. Quotes, agreements, and other electronic documents
SAEFUR can be used to create, send, receive, accept, and document quotes, agreements, and other documents.
Users are themselves responsible for the content of the documents they create and for having the right to enter into the agreements in question.
When SAEFUR records, for example, an approval, a signature, a timestamp, or another event, the purpose of the service is to document what has occurred in the system. AT Interactive Design AB is not a party to the underlying agreement and is not responsible for whether the terms agreed between the users are commercially or legally appropriate.
5. BankID and electronic identification
SAEFUR may use BankID or other external services for identification and electronic signing.
Such services are provided by external providers and may be subject to their own terms and technical requirements.
SAEFUR uses information from the identification service for the features where verified identity or signing is required. The user is responsible for using only their own electronic identity and for complying with the rules that apply to the identification service in question.
6. Invoicing and payments
SAEFUR can be used to create and manage invoices, and to initiate and track payments.
The company issuing an invoice is responsible for the invoice’s content, amounts, taxes, VAT, payment terms, and other details, and for ensuring that the invoicing complies with applicable rules.
Card payments and certain other payment services may be provided through external payment providers, for example Stripe. Companies using such services may need to enter into a separate agreement with the payment provider and meet its requirements, including for identification and account verification.
Where payment is made to a company’s connected payment account, AT Interactive Design AB is not the recipient of the customer’s payment and does not hold the payment funds, unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service.
Fees, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and other matters relating to an external payment service may also be subject to the payment provider’s terms.
7. Financial information
SAEFUR contains features for financial administration and follow-up.
Calculations, summaries, and financial information in the service are based on information registered by users and on the rules and features available in SAEFUR.
The user and the company using the service are responsible for verifying that the data used for bookkeeping, tax filings, invoicing, and other legally or financially significant purposes is accurate.
SAEFUR does not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
8. User content
You and the company you represent retain the rights to information, documents, photographs, and other material that you enter into SAEFUR.
By using the service, you grant AT Interactive Design AB the right to technically process, store, back up, and transfer the material to the extent required to provide SAEFUR.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to enter the material and that the processing does not infringe any other party’s rights or violate the law.
9. SAEFUR’s intellectual property
SAEFUR, including software, design, structure, trademarks, and other material belonging to the service, is owned by AT Interactive Design AB or its licensors.
Use of SAEFUR does not transfer any such rights to the user.
You may use the service in accordance with these terms and the subscription plan or other agreement that applies to your company.
10. Personal data and privacy
The processing of personal data in SAEFUR is described in more detail in our privacy policy.
AT Interactive Design AB is the data controller for the processing where we determine the purposes and means, for example certain processing linked to user accounts, security, and operation of the service.
Where a company uses SAEFUR to process personal data for its own purposes, for example data about the company’s customers, the company may be the data controller and AT Interactive Design AB the data processor.
Where AT Interactive Design AB acts as a data processor, the processing is governed by data processing agreements where required under applicable data protection legislation.
11. Availability and changes to the service
We work to ensure that SAEFUR is available, secure, and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or error.
Temporary interruptions may occur, for example, due to maintenance, security measures, technical problems, or disruptions at external providers.
We may develop, change, and improve SAEFUR over time. We will strive to ensure that changes do not unreasonably impair core functionality that a paying customer could reasonably expect during an ongoing contract period.
12. Security
The user must not attempt to circumvent security features, gain unauthorized access to information or accounts, disrupt the operation of the service, or otherwise use SAEFUR in a manner that compromises the security of the service.
We may take necessary measures to protect SAEFUR, our users, and their information in the event of a suspected security incident, misuse, or unauthorized use.
13. Suspension and termination
A user or a company may terminate their use of SAEFUR in accordance with the terms that apply to the relevant account or subscription.
We may restrict or suspend access to the service if the use constitutes a serious breach of these terms, the law, security requirements, or other users’ rights.
Where reasonable, the user will be given the opportunity to remedy a breach before the account is suspended, unless immediate action is required for security, legal, or other material reasons.
Information that must be retained by law may remain after an account has been terminated.
14. Liability and limitation of liability
AT Interactive Design AB is responsible for providing SAEFUR in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
We are not responsible for agreements, work, deliveries, payment obligations, or other matters between companies, customers, suppliers, or other users of SAEFUR.
Nor are we responsible for errors or damage caused by inaccurate information from the user, unauthorized use for which the user is responsible, or errors and interruptions at external services beyond our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted under mandatory law, AT Interactive Design AB is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of production, or other consequential damage.
Any additional limitations of liability that apply to a particular subscription plan or a specific agreement will be set out in that agreement.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
15. Prices and payment for SAEFUR
Where use of SAEFUR is subject to fees, the prices and payment terms stated when the service is ordered, or in a separate agreement, apply.
Prices and commercial terms may change over time. For existing paying customers, material changes will be communicated before they take effect, in accordance with the agreement that applies to the service.
Fees charged by external service providers, for example payment providers, may be subject to separate terms.
16. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms as SAEFUR evolves or as changes are required for legal, technical, security, or commercial reasons.
The current version is always available on this page, and the date at the top shows when the terms were last updated.
If a change is material to existing users, we will inform you of it in an appropriate manner before it takes effect.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
Disputes should primarily be resolved through dialogue between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved in this way, it will be settled by a Swedish general court, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
Where a user is covered by mandatory consumer protection legislation, these terms do not affect the rights the user has under such legislation.
